HSDC provides access to job postings and courses, albeit through a detailed onboarding process. Before onboarding, users can access information to prevent feeling overwhelmed. What's more, users can save their progress and rest assured that their accounts will remain active, eliminating any concerns of starting over.

Accessing courses

Before the pandemic, HSDC offered in-class courses, but many of them had to shut down, leaving newcomers without access to crucial resources. To address this, the class material was moved online, allowing both instructors and users to conveniently utilize the website for learning purposes.
